This weekend saw the Sale Sharks in Manchester host Munster in the Heineken Cup Rugby Union. OrthTeam, in combination with the Alexandra Hospital, have sponsored one of the main stands. A spokesperson for OrthTeam said "Our group have been looking after the Sharks Orthopaedic Sports Injuries for the last few seasons, and when the Alexandra Hospital approached us to co-sponsor the stand it was an easy decision. Sale sharks have an active community policy in our area with training camps for schools and supporting junior clubs."

OrthTeam now look after more than 35 professional sports teams orthopaedic injuries on a regular basis.
