Nick Phillips
MA(Cantab) MB BChir FRCS (Tr and Orth) Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Shoulder & Elbow complaints.
Nick is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a clinical practice exclusively devoted to shoulder, elbow and wrist surgery. He has an adult and paediatric NHS practice based at University Hospital of South Manchester, Wythenshawe.
He treats all aspects of both soft tissue and degenerative shoulder, elbow and wrist disorders, mostly using minimally-invasive(arthroscopic) techniques .
Fellowship -trained in Australia with a highly regarded sports injury upper limb surgeon, he has experience in treating elite sportsmen.
Nick regularly teaches on training courses in the UK.. Recently he has been invited to talk at the British Orthopaedic Association and European Federation of Orthopaedic Research and Trauma in January 2008 on elbow injuries.
He consults privately at the Alexandra Hospital.
