Adam Hoad-Reddick
Adam is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in the assessment and treatment of lower limb disorders.
His NHS practice is at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Trust, where he has an elective practice in hip and knee problems including arthroplasty (joint replacement), arthroscopy and sports injuries. He sees and treats patients referred by local GPs and from other surgeons. He is actively involved in trauma / injury management.
Adam underwent sub-specialist training as The Cavendish Hip Fellow and Lecturer in Orthopaedics in Sheffield. He was a visiting fellow at the Massachusetts
General Hospital, Boston.
His special interests and research activity include the young arthritic patient, primary and revision joint replacement and knee disorders.
He is keen on medical education, runs instructional courses in lower limb arthroplasty and presents his ongoing research at national conferences.
He consults privately at the Alexandra Hospital, Spire Cheshire Hospital (previously BUPA North Cheshire) and Wrightington Hospital.
